Hello any and all who may ever read this...blog thing... As you may have guessed, this is my first attempt at something of this sort, so please bear with me and any grammar struggles that may occur.
On that note, I will begin with the first question, posed by, well, me!
1: What the heck is going on here!?
A: Soooo, the other day I was listening to my awesome Pandora Disney station and realized that regardless of the heartwarming, villainous, sweet, or adventurous tone of the song, there was always a sarcastic breakdown of it in my mind. After that happened, I texted a friend casually joke-mentioning that I wanted to make a blog doing just what I mentioned and she said she'd read it - so here we all are.
2: Wait...but, I still don't know what's going on... Can you explain a little further?
A: Ugh! Fine! Basically what everyone is going to see on this loverly blog is me just being an ass - making an ass of myself, being an ass to the beloved Disney tunes we all know and love, and assuming you'll like it... HA!
3: Any worries about copyright issues?
A: Noooope. I don't plan on listing full videos, lyrics, or any business like that about the songs I break down, so neither Pandora nor Disney should have my number on their "Watch List" (which, undoubtedly, I've just made for mentioning it...craps...) - but if they do, they can take it up with this first post and my Mama!
4: Anything else I should be on the lookout for?
A: Uhh...such as...? Any and all "production assistants" may have guest spots as they so please, but other than that I would just be happy with any and all who actually end up liking what I'm doing and pimping it out to their friends. I'm basically doing this to get my inner thoughts out so I can stop thinking and giggling about them and get some real sleep at night - so any negativity about this is kindly unwelcomed and, once again, can be directed to my Mama!
In the end, this is just for me - and, I guess, anyone else who wants to share a giggle about those hilariously ridiculous Disney songs that make you think "Did they really say that?", or, "What have I done with my life?"
